DSTWO 3DS Tutorial - HackConsoles EN

Another flashcarts from DSi and DSi XL what we can use with the new Nintendo 3DS it's the Supercard DSTWO. This cartridge is one of the most completes from the market because it incoporates a new cpu, which will allow us to execute homebrews and several aplications from Gameboy Advance without the requirement of using any cartridge from slot – 2, something that it's pefect for DSi, DSi XL and 3DS because it doesn't have this slot.

The most of the DSTWO should work with the 3DS, but in the case of yours doesn't work, we will explain step by step the solution to enjoy it in your new console.

1. 1. Requiriments

      1. Nintendo DS Console( any model but the 3DS)

      2. Operative System DS TWO 1,11

      3. Firmware 1,09 DSTWO

   2. Once we have downloaded the files, we unzip them and may rest the following files:

      1. Folder _dstwo

      2. File ds2boot.dat

      3. File dstwoupdate.dat

Note: The last Supercard DSTWO that the maker sent us comes without the firmware active, and when we put it into the console perhaps the console does not detect it. The solution is leave the console with the cartridge inside for a couple of minutes, when it has past we turn down the console and when we turn it on should appear the logo from the “Fish Tycoon”

Once appeared us the icon from the “Fish Tycoon”, we turn on the cartridge at the console. First of all will appear us it's the updating of the firmware. Accept (button A) and we wait aprox. 30 seconds until it finishes with the update of the cartridge. We will know that it's done when appear the normal menu of the Supercard DSTWO.

Once it appears, we will have our cartridge ready to work at the 3DS. You may notice that the logo has changed, something completely normal.
